Plans for Limerick’s St. Patricks Day Festival 2025 are in full effect with this year’s theme being announced. The ‘A More Fun Limerick’ St. Patrick´s Day celebrations will last between March 15-17. Major of Limerick, John Moran, spoke about this year’s chosen theme, “(), ‘A More Fun Limerick,’ truly captures the essence of A free exhibition charting the life of St Patrick is open at the Limerick Museum from March 14 to 30, exploring how Limerick used to celebrate St Patrick’s Day in times gone by. A choral concert will take place in St Mary’s Cathedral on March 16, with the Schola Cantorum choir from the University of Richmond in Virginia teaming up with Limerick St. Patrick’s Festival 2025 promises to bring unparalleled excitement to the city and county. In Bruff, the traditional St Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Sunday March 17 at 2.30pm, and it will be followed by the popular duck race in the park at 3.30pm.
